Ridglea Consulting Inc. was originally established as an employee benefits company. Throughout the 1980’s and 1990’s, RCI setup and managed retirement plans, medical insurance and life/disability programs for small businesses. During the early 1990’s a noticeable shift began to develop in our company. Out of the many small business clients of Ridglea Consulting, there were hundreds of individual employees that were seeking help with their personal financial planning, and in particular, their retirement planning. Having expertise in this area, we were able to help. So from the late 1990’s to the present, Ridglea Consulting, Inc. has been helping individuals with their retirement planning needs.
