Jack Norris, President
Jack Norris has worked with retirees and pre-retirees for 3 decades. He owns Ridglea Consulting, Inc., a 30-year-old employee benefits and retirement consulting firm. His expertise is in all facets of the retirement process: asset management, medical insurance, long-term care issues, the timing and coordination of Social Security, taxes, and income maximization. He understands and respects the long journey that each one of his clients has made to arrive at this most important time of life. Over the years, his thorough counsel and complete planning has proven invaluable to all his clients. Mr. Norris has been married to his wife, Donna, for over 38 years, and they make their home in Weatherford, TX. They have four grown children.
